Greetings Sylvain.

I am in the GTA and will be replacing my 06 XC70 next week with a Tiguan comfortline.

Great job with this site.

Hello all...George Lowe here!  I currently live in Clovis, NM.  I've drive/own a fully loaded Alpine Gray, SEL 4-Motion with every available option that could be ordered.  It's my daily driver and has some where around 11k miles on it now. I ordered it May of 2008 and it was delivered 3 days before my birthday in October.  Turned around and drove it across the country from Fort Walton Beach to Clovis...pulling my 07' VRSCDX Night Rod in a 5x8 U-Haul with the interior packed full of things as well.  Have not had any issues to date...and had the Bluetooth installed to make life just that much easier!

Still looking for a few basic Euro OEM parts to complete the vehicle...and am waiting on them to arrive whenever that will be.

Prior VW's of mine include:
1. 1969 Transporter (still own - second owner!!)
2. 1983 Rabbit GTI
3. 1984 Jetta
4. 1995 Golf City Ed.
5. 1999 Beetle 1.8T
6. 2001 GTI VR6 (still own)
7. 2003 20th Anniversary GTI
8. 2004 R32 BMP

Yes I have always been a VW man and always will be...or at least I will keep it within the VAG family!

Hey everyone- I just bought my first VW 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately my wife drives it most of the time but I get my kicks with it when  I can. We bought an Alpine Gray 09 Tiguan 4-motion SEL with panoramic sunroof. I skipped out on the nav cause I have a better one in mind later. I will post some pics when I get the chance. Looking forward to learning some stuff about my new purchase.

Just traded up from our 2006 Jetta TDI to a Wild Cherry Metallic 2009 Tiguan Highline.  This is only the third VW we have owned, although in the early '90s I had a Golf Diesel company car for 3 years.  We had a '61 Type 1 (beetle) when we got married.  Froze to death the second winter we had it!
Basically I am an import vehicle person.  We live in Alberta, Canada.
Other current vehicles are a 2001 Suzuki Grand Vitara, and a 1991 Eunos Roadster.

Now I need to find ways to "personalize" our new Tiguan.

great car of course except chapter 3.4 is missing from the owners manual and i need that section to hook  up bluetooth  to my wife's phone. can anyone pass that my way?
thanks,
Randal
PS: the car is so much fun we, as parents, are having second thoughts about using it for drivers training for our 16 y/o.

First time Volkwagen owner, my son works at a volkwagen dealership and introduced me to the tiguan.

Glad he did, purchased 2009 july Comfortline package.
Love the full sunroof.

I look forward to the ability to have any questions I may have answered.
